SANFORD, Fla -- On Monday, a circuit judge officially signed the transfer of Christopher Bouie Jr.'s prosecution from juvenile to adult circuit court.  Junior is just 16 years old and is now being charged -- as an adult -- with 2 counts of attempted murder with a firearm and one count of possession of a firearm by a minor. 

The incident happened during a wild and out of control "Nobody Leaves Sober" Party hosted at the Cabana Live in Sanford. 

The Judge ordered him to be housed at the adult county jail under a no bond status due to the seriousness of his violent actions.
