BREVARD COUNTY, Fla -- Mother's Day church services were disrupted Sunday thanks to a 63-year-old Florida man. 

Brevard County Deputies say Timothy Edward Stamant, of Cocoa, was arrested on charges of sending a written threat to kill or injure and disturbing the peace of a school, religious or lawful assembly.

Sheriff Wayne Ivey said in a news statement that the Brevard County Explosives Ordinance Disposal Unit were called to Clearlake Baptist Church and Shield of Faith Ministries in Cocoa to a suspicious package. 

Calls to 911 told dispatchers about an envelope containing graffiti and political propaganda, including threats to "bomb" George Soros.  The bomb unit verified the contents as "safe".  Upon opening the package, agents discovered hand-written messages ranting about taxes, the government, and the "working people".  More messages revealed, "I am the donation bomber."

Upon reviewing the security camera footage, agents with the Joint Terrorism Taskforce noticed a white van with a person matching the suspect's description dropping off the suspicious parcels.  Agents discovered that one of the written notes had his name and address listed.  

Authorities then went to his home and confronted Mr. Stamant where he confessed to everything.  He was taken into custody and booked into the Brevard County Jail on a no bond status.
