MELBOURNE, Fl == Police in Melbourne arrested a known drug trafficker Tuesday night.  

Police received a call regarding a wanted suspect, identified as 27-year-old Kima Keshaun Johnson, who was located on the 3300 block of Testimony Street in Melbourne.  Johnson was sitting in a red car which was backed into the driveway when officers approached.  Officers identified him through photographs. 

When officers handcuffed Johnson, they called K-9 officer "Ice" to conduct an open-air sniff.  The dog notified the officers of the presence of narcotics in the vehicle and the officers began searching, according to the arrest affidavit

Officers discovered a black satchel containing 21.6 grams of marijuana inside a Ziplock bag. 

470$ in currency was found under the bags of Marijuana 

Under the cash was 12.4 grams of Fentanyl.

Another baggie containing 4.6 grams of Marijuana was found. 

A baggie containing 2.9 grams of rock cocaine was found on the floorboard on the passenger side.  

A second baggie containing 3.4 grams of cocaine was found in the front pouch of the satchel.

A firearm was located under the seat facing the gas and brake pedals.  Also on the floorboard was a scale containing white powder residue.  

Under the radio console, officers found 2 Hydrochloride Hydrocodone pills. 

Johnson was arrested and booked into jail for Armed Felony Drug Trafficking and other charges.  He has since bonded out of jail on a 113,500$ bond and was appointed the public defender.
