"P***y N***a" - Palm Bay Teen Arrested for Assaulting Cops, Resisting Arrest

Palm Bay Teen Calls Cop "P***y N***a", Throws Punches and a Napkin at Arresting Officers

PALM BAY, Fla --

A teenager is under arrest for resisting arrest and battering a law enforcement officer in Palm Bay.

Police say 18-year-old Xavier Santos was being combative when his mother was being arrested at their residence on Canfield Circle S.E. for domestic violence.  After being told to stop, Santos tried to get to the arrested mother and further confronted police.  An officer grabbed the legs of the young man, "assisting him to the ground", and according to the police report, Santos yelled "p*ssy n*gga" at the officer.

Santos somehow managed to get back up after "being assisted to the ground", and threw a napkin at the officer, police say.   The young man also allegedly tried to get through the officers and head towards the kitchen area where the officer was struck in the department issued vest.

According to arresting officers, Santos then spun around and struck the officer with his elbow and struck another officer with his left forearm.

After being put into handcuffs, Santos then spat at the arresting officers face but missed, according to the arrest affidavit.

Court documents say the defendant was given a $2,000 bond plus placed on community supervision release pending trial.  Also, the Palm Bay Police Department submitted a "Cost of Investigation" affidavit requesting $655.60 for total expenditures.
