According to an arrest report, Cheng wanted $50 from the undercover officer for a hand job as he was posing as customer wanting a massage.  

When she was arrested and questioned by police, she was asked what she meant by a "hand job".  She reportedly made a motion with her hand demonstrating an up and down jerking motion.  When asked by authorities if it involves "stroking the male penis", she reportedly said, "yes." 

Reports say Cheng proposes sex acts in her shop 1-3 times a day, according to police.

The Florida Department of Health is also involved with the case and is investigating with the Palm Bay Police Department in a joint investigation.

Cheng was taken to the Brevard County Jail for prostitution and operating a business for lewdness. Cheng bonded out of jail prior to first appearance.
