Inspector's Note
 

  • Basic - Food storage container/container lid cracked or broken. Several containers are cracked or broken off on the corners of food storage containers that are in use.
  • Basic - Garbage on the ground and/or pad around dumpster. Excessive amount of trash on dumpster pad surrounding dumpster can.
  • Basic - Single-service articles not stored inverted or protected from contamination. Forks in dining room not stored inverted with handle up, not protected.
  • Basic - Walk in freezer floor soiled/has accumulation of debris.
  • Basic - Wiping cloth sanitizing solution stored on the floor. In back area by 3CS.
  • High Priority - Operating with an expired Division of Hotels and Restaurants license. Shift manager contacted operator, operator renewed during inspection. **Corrected On-Site**
  • Intermediate - Food-contact surface soiled with food debris, mold-like substance or slime. Ice chute on self serv drink machine in dining room has black mold like substance. Drink nozzles have heavy build up inside in self serv drink machine.
