Today, we dive into numerous complaints about a Melbourne doctor regarding unprofessional conduct. The outrageous behavior -- coming from Dr. Sue Mitra's office staff and office manager, Sandra "Sandy" Modeste-Hagloch, who's from the Bronx, New York.
According to her public profile on Dr. Mitra's website, Sandy Hagloch, was raised in Trinidad and Tobago for 11 years before somehow deciding she wants to live here in Florida. Hagloch boasts and advertises that she provides "loving, caring and compassionate service" and and her "need to continually learn".
However, we found evidence, thanks to a simple Google search, that this is simply not the case.
Dr. Mitra's office came under TheBlakeMoiaShow.com's radar after Blake Moia's mother recently came back home from a routine annual Doctor visit at which she was distraught after the way she was treated by Hagloch.
Miss Moia came home after the appointment and reported to her son, Blake, that she was laughed at, yes, LAUGHED AT by the office manager after she had questions regarding the paperwork. Hagloch displayed a very short fuse, passive-aggressive temper, kept talking over Miss Moia before eventually laughing at her.
We found this unacceptable.... As well as the research our team did. Here's what we uncovered:

We wanted answers. I paid a visit to the doctor's office in a quest for those answers. One of our questions was supposed to be "Do you find laughing at patients under your care is appropriate?"
While we are on the property, we noticed an employee driving a Quest Diagnostics car entered the practice with some sort of medical bag for a short time. The employee came back after 3 minutes, threw the bag which we are assuming are vials of blood samples into the back seat before driving off.
As our camera crews approached the door to seek comment about the allegations and complaints, the front door quick locked.
Several emails and phone calls remained unanswered.
"Only cares about insurance money and not YOU."
Several online reviews and complaints piled in regarding Dr. Mitra and staff say the staff is "cruel", "mean", "unprofessional", "only cares about the insurance payouts", "doesn't respect your time" and lots of patients suddenly dropped after leaving bad reviews. One review reads the office manger, Sandy went as far as calling the police on a patient for even asking a question and has that person trespassed.
The Blake Moia Show reached out to several insurance companies regarding these complaints and to notify them about Dr. Mitra and staff's severe lack of professionalism and unbecoming conduct.
A doctor's oath specifically states they are to do no harm. It appears they have done more harm than good in our community.
Our team has received at least a dozen complaints regarding Sandy and the doctor. Several former patients who we spoke to, who agreed to be anonymous, say "She's a pill pusher." Another former patient told us that she received a termination letter because she refused to get the proven toxic COVID-19 vaccine.
"I think she's really in in for the money - Not really hands on with you."
Some speculated to The Blake Moia Show the reason for the long waits is because the doctor is "busy" filling out insurance payday forms.
We also filed a complaint with the Florida Department of Health. A state and federal investigation is underway into the practice.
Until then, we say this hack of a doctor and her staff doesn't give a shit about YOU or your family and we strongly advise people to run away. It's no wonder they have a big sign that says "ACCEPTING NEW PATIENTS."
