"This Bitch Didn't Even Give Those Pets Any Water" ~ Brevard County Sheriff Wayne Ivey Arrests Animal Cruelty Suspect
Merritt Island, Fla--- July 13, 2024 --
According to a Facebook Live Video posted by Brevard County Sheriff Wayne Ivey, Elisabeth Diane Cleveland is charged with 138 felony counts of torturing, killing, tormenting and depriving puppy dogs.
According to the Brevard County Sheriff, "She told us 'the only thing I'm required to do is give them shelter, food and water.' Well, trust me when I say this, folks but this bitch wasn't even giving these poor animals anything like that."

According to the Sheriff, Ms. Cleveland was operating her own website and selling the abused puppies across state lines. The sheriff pleads to the public "for the love of God, please do not buy anything off her website."

Court Information:
The alleged animal abuser was taken to jail and booked on a $259,000 bond and bonded out of jail prior to first appearance in court.
According to documents, Attorney Scott Robinson will be representing her, and had entered a plea of not guilty and requests a jury trial. Her next court date has not been set yet.
