TALLAHASSEE, Fla -- Govenor Ron DeSantis has declared a State of Emergency for Florida as several twisters touched down and caused damage in Tallahassee on Friday morning. 

According to the National Weather Service of Tallahassee, this damage includes downed trees, power lines, traffic lights and other loose debris that should be taken seriously.

Thousands of residences lost power.
