A crazy lunatic suspected to be high on drugs caused total pandemonium and mayhem on April 11th, when he allegedly broke into several of his neighbors' homes, and trucks, and stole items before being confronted and challenged by the homeowners.
The homeowner, then followed James Holman, suspect, aged 44, from the Ixora Park Neighborhood, ran to another neighbor's house, where that neighbor confronted James Holman and told him to, "Get off my lawn!" He then tried to car jack another vehicle that was traveling down Ixora Drive.

The victim then chased the crazed lunatic down Ixora Drive with a shovel as they ran towards the Sheriff's station precinct before being struck up-side the head with that shovel as police arrived.
