Shotgun Wielding Bayside Lakes HOA President Arrested for Threatening Kids Who Were Fishing

PALM BAY, Fla -- A Palm Bay Homeowner's Association President is in trouble with his community and the law.
Police say 57-year-old Kyle Patrick Tate confronted 3 juvenile kids who were simply fishing at a pond inside the gated subdivision. While the kids were simply doing nothing wrong at all, Mr. Tate became enraged at the kids, yelling like typical baby boomer fashion, "GET OFF MY PROPERTY!", before threatening the innocent children with a shotgun and proceeded to take their fishing equipment and throw it into the pond. A cell phone belonging to one of the boys is reportedly still missing as a result of his actions.
According to the Florida Bar Association, Kyle Tate is currently a practicing attorney based out of Orlando who runs "The Tate Law Firm". I asked a former member of the Florida Bar Association, and he tells us that the matter, "Will definitely be a problem for him."
Mr. Tate was charged and booked into the Brevard County Jail for Grand Theft of Property and Criminal Mischief. He has since bonded out of jail.
