SUFFOLK, Virginia -- A teenager boy is dead today after filming a rap video and pointing a gun at his head and himself, authorities say.  

17-year-old Rylo Huncho was filming a Facebook Live video of himself rapping while waving a gun around in an unsafe manner like a maniac.  The gun had a green lazer attached to the bottom of it and the video shows Huncho pointing the gun at his head before shots were heard and the video drops out. 

Authorities say they are still investigating if this was intentional or just an "accident". 

Family of the dead boy say the rapper had 10 songs and 600 Spotify listeners.  Some of his songs included "Money Getta," "Bag Talk" and "La la la" and many of his videos frequently included the use of Marijuana and alcohol.  The boy had over 28,700 followers on Instagram and 1,382 followers on TikTok.

Authorities say the majority of these incidents can be prevented.
