PORT CANAVERAL, Fla -- A wanted fugitive out of Texas was arrested in Port Canaveral, authorities said.

Authorities said 29-year-old Kailyn Paige Eubanks from Dallas, Tx, was trying to board a cruise ship from Cruise Terminal 6 when her name was flagged in government databases.   Teletype communications revealed that Miss Eubanks was wanted for extradition out of Dallas County Texas for distributing between 5 and 50 pounds of Marijuana. 

She was taken into custody and transported to the Brevard County Jail to await extradition transport back to Texas to face her charges. 

THE BLAKE MOIA SHOW obtained the arrest warrant out of Texas as well as the approving paperwork. Brevard County Judge David E. Silverman approved of the custody transfer back to Texas.
