IXORA PARK, Fla -- Law Enforcement tonight stopped a man riding a bicycle along Sarno Road at around 11pm.  The stop happened at the intersection of Garfield Street and Sarno Road across the street from the Ixora Park Neighborhood. 

The bicycle, which did not have a bike light affixed to the front, was pulled over on the side of the road with deputies blocking the street.  A man was seen being placed into handcuff restraints with deputies searching his belongings.  He was taken to jail for unknown charges.
